Quick heads-up, Nokia has updated its Transfer My Data system app for Lumia WP8 smartphone to version 5.1.0.19. The update brings expanded compatibility for transfer of text messages, support for DRM-free music transfer from certain Symbian and S40 handsets and the usual bug fixes.
Transfer My Data is a Nokia exclusive app to allow quick and painless migration of your data from your old phone (Symbian, Android, iOS, BlackBerry, and Windows Phone) to your shiny new Lumia device. The app allows you to copy contacts, text messages, pictures and DRM-free music from old phone to your new Lumia using Bluetooth.
