While everyone is busy with Windows 10, Microsoft silently released Lumia Cyan for those on Preview for Developers in Netherlands with the aim of expanding its reach to the users registered on Preview for Developers. We have been provided some of the screenshot from a reader in Netherlands confirming the update. Check the screenshot of the update after a break.
