Microsoft Lumia 640 and 640 XL full specifications

Microsoft recently launched Lumia 640 and 640 XL in Mobile World Congress 2015 on March 2 2015. Both are mid-range phones and packs in some great specifications for their price tag.
MS also brings some new naming technique along with this, instead of naming it as 1330 they named it as 640XL which will avoid confusion and that's a good thing.
