Windows Phone 8.1 will offer a large tile size

Ex-Microsoft employee and our trusted source, Nawzil said that Windows Phone 8.1 will have a large tile size in addition to the existing Wide, Medium and Small tile. This setting is currently available in the Windows 8.1 OS available for PCs. Given the rate of leaks we should soon also see these new tile sizes in action also. It appears that Windows Phone 8.1 will end up being more than just a very minor tweak of the Windows Phone UI, which we think after 3 years is relatively welcome.

We tried to create a mock up image of this setting on the existing budget device, Lumia 520. The image is on the right side. The new update will allow users to customize more out of their start screen.
