Nokia Device Hub Beta released for Lumia WP8 smartphones

Today BetaLabs team released a new experimental beta app “Nokia Device Hub” for Lumia WP8 smartphones. The app allows you to discover, connect and access your wireless gadgets and entertainment devices on your local WiFi network.
The Nokia Device Hub Beta solution discovers devices on your local Wifi network using different discovery protocols, and intelligently combines this information to deduce what a device is capable of – while making an emphasis to hide this technologic complexity about different protocols.

Nokia Device Hub Beta solution discovers all supported devices on your local WiFi network using different discovery protocols. Once identified you can connect to and access your compatible devices easily. Many wireless headsets, Internet capable Smart TVs, Blu-Ray Players and Computers are supported. The app also recommends Windows Phone applications which work with your listed devices, like a remote control app for your TV, or an app to remotely log into your Computer from the phone, or apps that work with your Xbox.
Known Limitations:
This release cannot discover nearby Bluetooth devices, however it shows already paired Bluetooth speakers or headsets. Apple Mac computers and mobile devices are not likely to be discovered by Device Hub either.
